Cofix (s) is tested and certifi ed to the International Maritime Organisation Fire Test Procedures for Surface Flammability, resolution A.653 (16) and is approved for application throughout the whole accommodation (bulkhead, ceiling and deck fi nish).

Simson Cofix S is a solvent - and polychloroprene (PCP) based, sprayable contact adhesive, specifically developed for Marine interior decorating applications. Cofix S possesses an excellent initial tack and temperature resistance. The adhesive is self-crosslinking and has good spraying properties. Cofix S has no residual tack. Cofix S is tested and certified to the International Maritime Organisation Fire Test Procedures for Surface Flammability, resolution A.653 (16) and has been approved for application throughout the whole accommodation (bulkhead, ceiling and deck finish).

Cofix S is especially suited for universal contact bonding of various interior-decorating materials such as wood, metal, foam, cork, and leather. Cofix S is not suitable for bonding expanded polystyrene foam (EPS).
